General House hazards and mess	Low: as long as sensible on set there should be no issue.	Lower: Keeping a tidy organised set will reduce all risk	Keeping our set tidy and organised as to reduce any hazards
Ingestion of fake pills	Medium: Actor could choke on the pills	Low: Less of a chocking hazard	Have him spit out the pill substitute as opposed to swallowing
Ingestion of alcohol	Medium: depending on amount out actor could end up injuring himself	None	We will use alcohol containers filled with water or coloured liquid depending on the drink
Smashing a guitar	Medium: actor could hurt himself or others depending on how it's smashed	Medium	Have a controlled environment so there is no danger of hurting a pedestrian
